Wow, Guess I haven't written in a while. I am doing good on my diet. Lost about 5 lbs so far. I don't think I will make it to my original goal, but let's say new goal is get to 130 by the end of June. I have been taking vitamins, drinking slimfast, and eating only fruit and veggies for snacks consistently. I am drinking my water when I can, especially when I work, but other times it is kinda hard. Also, I have amazingly been keeping up with the crunches. Decided to start doing 25 in the morning and 25 in the evening starting today. Also going to try and rollerblade in the morning before it gets too hot and so that I am not going to sleep right after drinking the slimfast. I did that today. Rain has been messing with my schedule of rollerblading recently. That's about all for now.

Day 4-
Today I slipped up a little. Had fried food at Tanya's and a little bit of chocolate. Didn't rollerblade either thanks to rain. Did my crunches though and only drank one slimfast to make up for the big meal and I drank most of my water.
Day 5 & 6-
These two day about the same, slept most of the day so I didnt have time to rollerblade, drank my water at work on day 5, did crunches both days, drank my slimfast both days. I have been taking my vitamins consistently. Which reminds me, need to take one, more later...

Wow, Day 3! Even I didnt think I would last this long. Well, where did I leave off? I had my slimfast last night and my lean cuisine. I also snacked on some good things like carrots and apples and some not-so-good things like a few jelly beans and a doughnut hole. I took my multivitamin. Also, at work last night, I drank my whole 1/3 gallon jug of water. Then this morning I had a terrible craving for some V8 juice which I think is ok because it is mostly veggies, so I had 1 glass and my slimfast. I am drinking my 2nd slim fast for today now and I am taking another lean cuisine to work and an apple. So far I have only done the chocolate slim fast, and I think I will stick with that flavor because it tastes good. Also, at work I have been tempted by 2 different cakes in the past two nights, but I didn't have any. This evening I rollerbladed for approx. 1/2 hour with a little break. I had to stop a couple minutes early due to rain and visitors. I also did my 20 crunches. Well I think that is all for this update. More tomorrow.
Here is my update for day 2. I drank a slimfast yesterday (chocolate) before I went to work. Then at work I at my lean cuisine meal. Then I had a slimfast this morning for breakfast. I also bought a water bottle that holds 1/3 gallon (approx 40 oz) of water and I drank most of it. I guess you are supposed to drink half your body weight in oz of water per day, so for me, that is 70 oz or almost 2 water bottles full. It will be difficult, but I am going to try to do it. Also, I bought some apples to dehydrate and eat for a snack. Although I don't have time to do it today, maybe I will tomorrow. I am going to do my crunches, but I do not have time to rollerblade today. Will drink another slimfast before leaving for work and eat my other lean cuisine meal at work. Maybe take some carrots to snack on.

Well I guess it's still day 1 and I am back with an update already. I have finished my 20 crucnches and I rollerbladed for 1/2 hr, but I broke it up into two 15 minutes spans because I got worn out after 15 mins. It's a lot more work than I thought when you are going full speed non-stop. But I will build up to it I'm sure. I am getting ready to go to the store to pick up some slim fast and some healthy meals for work. I am proud of myself so far because I wasn't quite sure I could do that last lap on my rollerblades, but I stuck with it and I feel really good now. If I can just keep it up. Also I wanted to post my goal. Right now I am at about 140 (I need to get a digital scale to know for sure, which I plan on doing in the near future), and my ultimate goal is to get to 120. I think my first step will be to lose 6 lbs in 3 weeks. I think that is reasonable, but I will see as I start to get into it more. Oh yeah, and another thing I need to do is find a walkman or mp3 player somewhere around here to rollerblade with. I think it will make it more enjoyable and keep me at it longer.

Today here is the plan:
1. Buy Slimfast
2. Buy healthy meals for work at night.
3. Do 20 crunches.
4. Rollerblade for a 1/2 hr.
